What LandedNZ keeps

  • Your name and email address, from Google when you sign in.
  • Your five onboarding answers: visa, city, who is moving with you, your work and your arrival date.
  • Which tasks you have marked done, and when.
  • The questions you ask the assistant and its answers.

How it is used

To build your roadmap, keep your progress, and answer your questions about it. LandedNZ does not sell your information or use it for advertising.

LandedNZ also counts page visits through PostHog: the page address, your browser and device type, and a rough location worked out from your internet address. This shows which parts of the app help people. It sets no cookies and is not linked to your name or email.

Who else handles it

  • Anthropic: your questions and the parts of your roadmap they need, to write the assistant's answers.
  • OpenAI: the text of your question, to find the guide sections that match it.
  • Supabase (Sydney, Australia): stores your account and roadmap.
  • Vercel and Railway (Singapore): run the app.
  • Sentry: error reports, without your name, email or questions.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information LandedNZ holds about you and ask for it to be corrected. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.
